Hi, I’m Jacqui, living my life to the fullest in Brisbane, Aus. For me, that means three things: incredible food, family and amazing destinations.

Welcome to my little part of the world. Me in a nutshell - I’m a Brisbane-born Australian nutritionist & content creator who loves wholesome foods, curating unforgettable events, exploring my culture and heritage, and opening up dialogues and conversations with some pretty incredible people. All of this done from the kitchen, over a love for cooking and food.

Some of you might know me a little better from my pseudonym, Miss Bliss - a name that can be dated all the way back to 2015, the name I used when I first started making healthy bliss balls for cafes around Brisbane. Fresh out of studying at QUT, and following the success of my bliss balls, I took the plunge and opened up my own wholefoods cafe, Miss Bliss - a place where I could bring together my love for nutrition and wholefoods, and create an environment and community that I’ve always wanted.

I want to share everything I love about my culture, food, work-life and everything in-between. Food and cooking brings me so much joy, and in the worst of times has helped me push through dark days, I am sharing this journey with you in hope that it inspires you to explore different foods, learn about other cultures and love life while finding your passion. Growing up in a big Greek family food was (and still is) a focus in all aspects. My love for cooking was nourished by spending time in the kitchen with my Yiayia’s (grandmothers) and mum.

I’m not about restricting, banning foods or counting calories, I’m for delicious, healthy and wholesome foods that make you feel so damn good. I’m all for pulling together that one-week-old broccoli, left-over rice and adding in some coconut cream, and making the best curry you’ve ever tasted. I’m for Saturday morning market trips to find organic fruits and veggies and hormone-free meats, but I’m also for Aldi runs, sneaking into Yiayia’s kitchen to steal freshly baked olive bread, and for over-ordering Deliveroo when it’s been a big day.

I want you to fall in love with food, create incredible dinner parties that get their own hashtag, and hopefully learn from my own experiences to help you shape your own journey. I hope to inspire you to explore different foods, get creative in the kitchen and find your passion. If I can teach my ‘I burn hard-boiled eggs and break the stove while I’m at’ housemate to cook, I can teach anyone. Trust me.
