Hi, I’m Jacqui.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and started working in our family business from the age of 10. Business wasn’t something I discovered later in life, it was part of my everyday world. It gave me a strong work ethic early, but it also exposed me to the traditional way of doing business.

When I built Miss Bliss, I followed that model. I started the café from scratch with no prior experience and grew it into one of Brisbane’s most loved venues, expanding into offsite catering and food manufacturing before selling the business. It worked, but it came at a cost. I burned out.

That experience reshaped how I build businesses now.

Today, I run and maintain multiple successful businesses across retreats, consulting and content creation, but I do it differently. I combine strong work ethic with systems, structure and balance, because I’ve learned that growth without support leads nowhere good.

The gap I see most often, between where someone is and where they want to be, isn’t talent, passion or motivation. It’s systems, processes and procedures.

By rebuilding my businesses around smarter systems, I’ve doubled my income in the last 12 months while working more sustainably. I use AI and automation to save around 20 hours of admin each week, allowing me to focus on strategy, creativity and growth.

I’ve grown my audience rapidly by building an intentional business, not a reactive one, including adding over 1,000 followers organically in a recent period.

This is the approach I now teach: building businesses that grow sustainably, generate income, and actually support the life you want to live.
